Whether you’re new to the blog scene or old hat, Morphing feeds have/will change the way you work. Groobybucks was quick to catch on to this new and powerful tool, allowing affiliates to get the latest in shemale porn to their viewers as soon as it hit their affiliate area.
Exclusive to Groobybucks, guest writer K-Man from Feedmorphers will walk you through the why’s and hows of morphing feeds and get you setup with unique, keyword-rich, search engine optimized contentin no time!
Pulling from the same, static RSS feed is a blogger’s worst nightmare. Using static RSS feeds causes duplicate content issues with search engines and decrease the user’s experience since the same content will be seen on many sites. This can lead to search engine penalties, fewer bookmarkers, and, ultimately, less money in the affiliate’s pocket.
What if you could add unique, targeted text to your blogs without any more effort than a static RSS feed? Morphing feed technology allows you to do that! Using this technology, each affiliate receives dynamic, unique text to their blogs via RSS. Using inline synonyms and various SEO optimization techniques, your blogs will be more search engine friendly, resulting in better search engine rank and more traffic. In turn, this drives more sales.
Morphing feeds also make it simple to grow blog networks by serving substantial content to your new blogs with minimal effort. This reduces lead time when setting up new blogs since you can easily fill each one with unique, SEO optimized text without hand writing it yourself. Time is money, and static RSS feeds are just so 2006!
So you want to automate your blogs and are wondering where to start? Your crash course on blog automation ensues.
The recommended way to automate your blogs is by using a free plugin for your Wordpress blog, FeedWordPress. Download the zip files, and upload the contents to your wp-content/plugins directory, then enable them inside your WP-admin area.
Go to Syndication > Options
Most things here are self explanatory but the important things of note are:
Syndicated Feeds
- Change the Check for New Posts: pulldown to Automatically.
- UNcheck:
- Update the contributor title when the feed title changes
- Update when contributor description if the feed tagline changes
- Update the contributor homepage when the feed link changes
Syndicated Posts:
- Permalinks point to: Select “This Website”
- Add some cats with good keywords and tags.
Now go to Syndication > Syndication and add your RSS feed URL’s in the box on the bottom (URI’s). That’s it. Hit Update and your blog is populated and set to automatically update!
